Engagement Party!

On Saturday, October 9th Kenny's family came over to Algonquin to see Bernie's family! It was a fun little get together with food, wine and cake! It was just the immediate families meeting, but one important person was missing! Kevin! It was nice for (most) everyone to meet, and talk over some plans...

We had a lot of food, we had sourkraut pierogis (they were actually a big hit!)and Paluszki, which is fried dough and potatoes. Those were good too! Ken's family made Kringla, so we got to share in each others' international culture. Needless to say, we had a lot of leftovers!
